MP1000LT is a general purpose, PE based purging pre-mix grade by RapidPurge, containing heat-activated foaming pellets. Provides purging of low/negative flow areas. Exhibits enhanced scrubbing, soft polishing, no dwell time in machine and no change in temperature or viscosity requirements. MP1000LT is used in injection, extrusion and blow molding applications. Is formulated for low viscosity/soft resin purging up to 450°F.
