POLYCAST™ 282 by Polycast Industries (Delta Polymers) is a lower viscosity, highly filled epoxy resin. It can be cured at 150°F for 2 hrs (PC-90) and 2 hours at 200°F (PC-67). Exhibits excellent electrical properties, low thermal expansion and high thermal conductivity. POLYCAST™ 282 has a shelf life of 12 months at 72°F. POLYCAST™ PG-30 by Polycast Industries (Delta Polymers) is a flexible, unfilled, low viscosity epoxy resin. It can be cured at 75°F for 24 hrs and post cure at 250ºF for 2 hrs. It is available as 100:25 parts (A & B) by weight. It does not require vacuum degassing. Designed for automated dispensing equipments, bubble-free casting and imbedments. Shelf life of POLYCAST™ PG-30 is 12 months at 70°F. POLYCAST™ 100 by Polycast Industries (Delta Polymers) is a 100% solids, filled epoxy resin. It is a low cost, general purpose and machine dispensable grade. It can be cured at 75°F. POLYCAST™ 100 is designed for casting and potting applications. It has a shelf life of minimum 12 months at 70°F. POLYCAST™ 250 by Polycast Industries (Delta Polymers) is a machine dispensable, flexible, non-abrasive, filled, 100% solids epoxy resin. It is available as clear part A and black/ white Part B in the ratio 1:1 by volume. It can be cured at 75°F. Exhibits low coefficient of thermal expansion and excellent shock and moisture resistance. POLYCAST™ 250 has a shelf life of 12 months at 75°F. POLYCAST™ 240FR by Polycast Industries (Delta Polymers) is a filled, flexible, flame retardant epoxy resin. It is available as black colored part A and clear Part B. Exhibits low coefficient of thermal expansion and excellent shock resistance. It can be cured at 75°C for 24hrs. Designed for use in automated dispensing equipment. POLYCAST™ 240FR has a shelf life of 12 months at 70°F. POLYCAST™ 205 by Polycast Industries (Delta Polymers) is a filled, low cost, general purpose, 100% solids, epoxy encapsulant resin. It can be cured at 75°F. It is available as black colored part A and neutral Part B. It is a machine dispensable grade with excellent moisture resistance. POLYCAST™ 205 has a shelf life of 12 months at 70°F. POLYCAST™ 581 by Polycast Industries (Delta Polymers) is a clear, one component, flexible, heat cure epoxy system. Offers low viscosity and minimal thermal stress. It can be cured for 6-8 hours at 95°C and post cure for 2-3 hours at 150°C for optimum high temperature properties. POLYCAST™ 581 is designed for coil impregnation and potting applications. It has a shelf life of 3 months at 72°F. POLYCAST™ 8500 by Polycast Industries (Delta Polymers) is a single component epoxy resin. It is a lightweight syntactic foam. It can be cured at 125°C for 3-4 hrs. Exhibits good porosity, structural matrix and good physical properties while maintaining a specific gravity less than water. Designed for casting and potting applications. POLYCAST™ 8500 has a shelf life of 6 months at 70°F. POLYCAST™ 270LV by Polycast Industries (Delta Polymers) is an aluminum filled epoxy resin. It is available as 100:10 Part B (PC 67) by weight. It can be cured at room temperature at 75°F overnight and post cure at 200°F for 2 hrs. Exhibits excellent wear resistance and can withstand elevated temperatures. Designed for tooling in both small and large applications. POLYCAST™ 270LV has a shelf life of 12 months at 70°F. POLYCAST™ ALUM by Polycast Industries (Delta Polymers) is an aluminium filled epoxy resin. It is available as 100:10 ratio (Part A & B) by weight. Provides excellent wear resistance, metal replacement and void filling. It can withstand elevated temperatures. Designed for tooling in both small and large applications. POLYCAST™ ALUM has a shelf life of 12 months at 72°F.
