POLYCAST™ 282 by Polycast Industries (Delta Polymers) is a lower viscosity, highly filled epoxy resin. It can be cured at 150°F for 2 hrs (PC-90) and 2 hours at 200°F (PC-67). Exhibits excellent electrical properties, low thermal expansion and high thermal conductivity. POLYCAST™ 282 has a shelf life of 12 months at 72°F.
POLYCAST™ PG-30 by Polycast Industries (Delta Polymers) is a flexible, unfilled, low viscosity epoxy resin. It can be cured at 75°F for 24 hrs and post cure at 250ºF for 2 hrs. It is available as 100:25 parts (A & B) by weight. It does not require vacuum degassing. Designed for automated dispensing equipments, bubble-free casting and imbedments. Shelf life of POLYCAST™ PG-30 is 12 months at 70°F.
POLYCAST™ 100 by Polycast Industries (Delta Polymers) is a 100% solids, filled epoxy resin. It is a low cost, general purpose and machine dispensable grade. It can be cured at 75°F. POLYCAST™ 100 is designed for casting and potting applications. It has a shelf life of minimum 12 months at 70°F.
