Pentac Polymer, founded in 1987 and headquartered in Hessen, Germany, is a specialized compounder of high-performance engineering plastics. Pentac develops and produces customized PA, PBT, and PET compounds for demanding technical applications in automotive and industrial sectors. For the plastics industry, Pentac Polymer offers modified polyamide (PA6, PA66), PBT, and PET compounds. These deliver superior strength, heat resistance, dimensional stability, and surface quality in technical injection-molded components and structural parts.

PENTAMID® A GV15 MK15 H black

PENTAMID® A GV15 MK15 H black by Pentac Polymer is a black colored polyamide (PA) 6.6 reinforced with 15% glass fiber and 15% mineral. Is heat stabilised, water insoluble and shows an isotropic shrinkage behavior. Exhibits normal viscosity, good hardness, stiffness, abrasion-, heat-, hot water and solvent resistance. Possesses good dimensional stability, surface finish, mechanical strength, toughness and low creep tendency. PENTAMID® A GV15 MK15 H black is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for beauty covers, low warpage housings, rotation symmetric parts, relay carriers, door handles and automotive applications including fixation parts, gears, air intake manifolds, impact plugs, cooling water parts, gearshift housings and fan wheels. Complies with UL 94 HB flame rating and European regulations, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2009 and ISO 50001:2011.

PENTAMID® A GV30 HYD blue 5017/1 by Pentac Polymer is a blue colored, 30% glass fiber reinforced polyamide (PA) 6.6 with special coloration. Is heat-, hydrolysis stabilised and possesses improved dimensional stability, surface quality, good hardness, stiffness, mechanical strength, toughness and low creep tendency. Exhibits normal viscosity, water insolubility, good abrasion-, heat-, hot water and solvent resistance. PENTAMID® A GV30 HYD blue 5017/1 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for automotive applications including fixation parts, gears, air intake manifolds, impact plugs, cooling water parts, gearshift housings and fan wheels.
