XANTAR® 19 SR FD by Mitsubishi Engineering-Plastics is a general purpose, steam resistant polycarbonate resin. It exhibits extremely low melt viscosity and colorability. It possesses crystal clear transparency, high impact strength and excellent temperature resistance. It offers good processability, dimensional stability and biological inertness. It is self-extinguishing and has excellent mechanical, thermal and electrical properties. XANTAR® 19 SR FD is used in food packaging and toy industries. It complies with ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 Quality Standards and FDA- and EC-legislation. XANTAR® G2F 23 UR is a chlorine-free & bromine-free, UV stabilized, flame retardant polycarbonate resin reinforced with 10% glass fiber. Exhibits medium viscosity and good mold release. Offers good processability, paintability and colorability. Possesses a self-extinguishing nature and excellent mechanical, thermal & electrical properties. Used in electrical & electronics (E&E) like cash dispensers (ATM), information & communication technology (ICT) applications like mobile phones and accessories including chargers, e-meters, wiring accessories & cable ducting systems, enclosures & cabinet applications and building industry, with applications such as window spacer profiles or (twin wall) sheet for construction panels.
