KEPEX® 3715GF by KPAC is a 15% glass fiber reinforced, high gloss PBT/PET grade. It is polymerized via the polycondensation of 1,4-butandiol with either terephthalic acid or dimethyl terephthalic acid.<br>

It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is used in automotive headlamp bezel parts that require high surface gloss and low shrinkage. KEPEX® 3300C complies with UL 94 HB flame rating. KEPEX® 3930GF by KPAC is a blend of polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It exhibits low warpage, superior mechanical, thermal, and electrical properties. It offers strong weather resistance and high stiffness. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is recommended for automotive, electrical, electronics and industrial parts. KEPEX® 3930GF complies with UL 94 HB flame rating. KEPEX® 4530GVS by KPAC is a non-blooming-type flame retardant polyethylene terephthalate (PET) reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It exhibits superior mechanical, thermal and electrical properties. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is recommended for automotive, electrical, electronics and industrial parts. KEPEX® 4530GVS complies with UL 94 V-0 flame rating. KEPEX® 3930GFU by KPAC is a Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) grade reinforced with 30% glass fibers. Offers thermal properties with long term heat resistance between 120°C and 130°C. Possesses good mechanical-, electrical-, anti-creep-, anti-fatigue properties, low warpage, low moisture absorption, chemical-, weather resistance, dimensional stability, friction and wear properties. KEPEX® 4345GF by KPAC is a Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) grade reinforced with 45% glass fiber. Offers thermal properties with long term heat resistance between 120°C and 130°C. Possesses good mechanical-, electrical-, anti-creep-, anti-fatigue properties, low moisture absorption, chemical-, weather resistance, dimensional stability, friction and wear properties. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in impeller, automotive applications like lever and cover, electrical & electronics like switch, connector and industrial parts. Is a RoHS-compliant grade. KEPEX® 3725M7 by KPAC is a Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) grade reinforced with 25% mineral fibers. Offers thermal properties with long term heat resistance between 120°C and 130°C. Possesses good mechanical-, electrical-, anti-creep-, anti-fatigue properties, high gloss, low moisture absorption, chemical resistance, dimensional stability, friction and wear properties. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive, electrical & electronics, bezel, air flow meter, power cable housing and industrial parts. Is a RoHS-compliant grade. KEPEX® 3330GVS by KPAC is a non-blooming flame retardant (UL94 V-0) Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) grade reinforced with 30% glass fibers. Offers thermal properties with long term heat resistance between 120°C and 130°C. Possesses good mechanical-, electrical-, anti-creep-, anti-fatigue properties, low moisture absorption, chemical resistance, dimensional stability, friction and wear properties. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive, timer case, door latch, electrical & electronics like connector, socket and industrial parts. KEPEX® 3330GVS is a RoHS-compliant grade. KEPEX® 3750GF is a Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) grade reinforced with 50% glass fibers. Offers thermal properties with long term heat resistance between 120°C and 130°C. Possesses good mechanical-, electrical-, anti-creep-, anti-fatigue properties, high stiffness, high gloss, low moisture absorption, chemical resistance, dimensional stability, excellent surface finish, friction and wear properties. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in air duct wing, motor cover, automotive applications like rear wiper, electrical & electronics and industrial parts. Is a RoHS-compliant grade.
