MAXIMID® 7550GF by KPAC is a Polyxylylene Adipamide (PA.MXD6) grade reinforced with 50% glass fiber. Offers excellent mechanical properties especially in high flexural modulus and excellent molding surface. Possesses high strength, modulus, high flow-ability and dimensional stability. Provides creep resistance and metal alloy substitute (Al, Zn, Mg alloy). Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in electrical & electronics, automotive and consumer parts. MAXIMID® 7550GF is a RoHS-compliant grade.
KEPITAL® TE-25(FU2025) by KPAC is an impact-modified, toughened, medium-high viscosity Polyoxymethylene (POM) grade. Offers excellent thermal stability and stronger resistance to alkalis than acetal homopolymer. Possesses wide range of working temperature, high impact strength and high tolerance to organic chemicals. Exhibits fatigue-, creep resistance, noise reduction and better flow enabling high speed production. Shows resistance to friction and wear. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. KEPITAL® TE-25(FU2025) is used in electrical & electronics, automotive and industrial parts. Is a RoHS-compliant grade.
