INOVYN™ PVC P1412 by Ineos Inovyn is a fine particle paste making polyvinyl chloride homopolymer produced by the PEVIKON™ process. It is suitable for coil coating, base and top coat in technical coating, top coat flooring, sealants, dipping, rotational and slush molding. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It provides medium viscosity pastes at low shear rates with dilatant flow, excellent air release and good aging properties, also with isocyanates. </li>
<li>It exhibits low water absorption, low sieve residue, good weather-ability, high transparency and high gloss. </li>
<li>It is used in outdoor applications like coil panels, tarpaulins, roofing, buoys and fenders. </li>
<li>It is also used in cap closures and lids. </li>

It is produced by a suspension process. Exhibits high bulk density, low porosity, easy processing, high output and excellent mechanical properties. <br>

<li>Used in window, rainwater goods, soil, sewer, water- and land drainage pipes.</li>

<li>INOVYN™ PVC S6745 complies with European Regulation 2011/10/EC.</li></ul> INOVYN™ PVC S7060 by Ineos Inovyn is a high molecular weight, general purpose polyvinyl chloride (PVC) homopolymer produced by a suspension process. Exhibits high porosity, easy processing and excellent mechanical properties. It is suitable for processing by extrusion after mixing with appropriate additives. It is used in flexible packaging films like cling, shrink & stretch wrap, flexible sheets like swimming pool liners, garden pools, inflatables, luggage, groundsheets, laminates for domestic appliances, waterproof roofing membranes, clear profiles, flexible injection and rotational molding, flexible extrusion like hosepipes and gaskets, cable insulation and sheathing, footwear, continuous flooring, low fogging automotive interiors and in medical applications like crystal clear flexible sheet, tubing and injection moldings. INOVYN™ PVC S7060 complies with European Regulation 2011/10/EC. INOVYN™ PVC P602 by Ineos Inovyn is a low K-value paste making polyvinyl chloride homopolymer produced by a PEVIKON™ process. It is suitable for foaming and coating. It provides low viscosity pastes with dilatant flow behavior at low plasticizer levels and good low temperature gelling properties. It can be used in combination with higher molecular weight plasticizers to reduce volatility in production and end products, due to its low gelling temperature. It is recommended for carpet backing, back foam flooring and compact coats. INOVYN™ PVC P602 complies with European Regulation 2011/10/EC. INOVYN™ PVC S5737 by Ineos Inovyn is a low molecular weight polyvinyl chloride homopolymer produced by a suspension process. It exhibits low porosity and easy processing.<br>

<li>It is also used in furniture veneers, rigid compact and foamed sheets, rigid compact, foamed profiles for claddings, window boards & trims, rigid foam core pipes, compact pipe fittings, and housings for office equipment.</li>
<li>It is reommended for bottles made by blow molding techniques for household chemicals, toiletries, cosmetics and foodstuffs.</li>

<li>INOVYN™ PVC 257RF complies with REACH regulation.</li></ul> INOVYN™ PVC P1510 by Inovyn is a very fine paste making polyvinyl chloride (PVC) homopolymer produced by the PEVIKON™ process. A special process makes the resin with extremely small particles and narrow particle size distributions which are easily dispersed in plasticizer. It exhibits excellent plastisol shelf-life and excellent effects with metallic pigments. INOVYN™ PVC P1510 is used in screen printing with very fine screens (185 mesh), dipping impregnation of open fabrics, rotogravure printing without solvents, high gloss products and thin layer coating of approx. 0.05 mm. It complies with European Regulation 2011/10/EC. INOVYN™ PVC 267RC by Inovyn is polyvinylchloride (PVC) suspension resin. Suitable for processing by extrusion. Used in sewage & pressure pipes, rigid profiles, window frames and electrical ducts. INOVYN™ PVC 267RC complies with REACH regulations. INOVYN™ PVC S6045 by INOVYN is a low molecular weight polyvinyl chloride (PVC) homopolymer produced by a suspension process. Exhibits low porosity and easy processing. Suitable for processing by profile, sheet & foam extrusion, calendaring and injection molding. It can be used in rigid film for packaging in thermoformed blister packs, collation trays, folded boxes, technical films like credit, ID and smart cards and furniture veneers. Recommended for plasticized applications for medical injection molding articles, flooring, rigid compact and foamed sheets, rigid compact and foamed profiles, rigid foam core pipes and compact pipe fittings.
