INOVYN™ PVC P1510 by Inovyn is a very fine paste making polyvinyl chloride (PVC) homopolymer produced by the PEVIKON™ process. A special process makes the resin with extremely small particles and narrow particle size distributions which are easily dispersed in plasticizer. It exhibits excellent plastisol shelf-life and excellent effects with metallic pigments. INOVYN™ PVC P1510 is used in screen printing with very fine screens (185 mesh), dipping impregnation of open fabrics, rotogravure printing without solvents, high gloss products and thin layer coating of approx. 0.05 mm. It complies with European Regulation 2011/10/EC.
