PE1000 Virgin by In2Plastics is a natural colored, electrically insulating, non-hygroscopic, high molecular weight polyethylene (HMWPE) grade. Exhibits excellent sliding properties, good noise absorption, high wear-, chemical-, corrosion & abrasion resistance, high impact strength and good temperature range (-200°C – 80°C). PE1000 Virgin is recommended for food processing, pharmaceutical & chemical, conveyor parts, chain guides, rollers, bearings, wearbend, pulley wheels and conveyor side guides. Exhibits low coefficient of friction, excellent wear resistance and good noise absorption. PE1000 Dryslide by In2Plastics is recommended for parcel handling, conveyor parts, wearbends, parcel chutes, linings and wearstrips.
