PE1000 Virgin by In2Plastics is a natural colored, electrically insulating, non-hygroscopic, high molecular weight polyethylene (HMWPE) grade. Exhibits excellent sliding properties, good noise absorption, high wear-, chemical-, corrosion & abrasion resistance, high impact strength and good temperature range (-200°C – 80°C). PE1000 Virgin is recommended for food processing, pharmaceutical & chemical, conveyor parts, chain guides, rollers, bearings, wearbend, pulley wheels and conveyor side guides. Complies with FDA regulations FDA REG 21CFR177.1520, FDA REG 21CFR178.3297, FDA REG 21CFR178.2010 and EU DIRECTIVE 2002/72/EC.
