EPSeal® 300 by Hexpol is a recyclable thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. Is a polyvinylchloride (PVC) free grade, exhibiting very low migration, superior sealing, excellent organoleptic results, optimal elasticity, softness, consistent opening torques and high quality. Suitable with whole range of beverage processing methods from cold fill to sterilization and additionally for returnable and one way packaging systems. EPSeal® 300 is recommended for aluminium screw closures to be used for beverages including water, wine, lemonades and milk based drinks. Complies with FDA and EU regulations. EPSeal® 400 by Hexpol is a recyclable thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. Is a polyvinylchloride (PVC) free grade, exhibiting superior sealing, excellent organoleptic results, optimal elasticity and slip, softness, consistent opening torques and high quality. Designed for foam masterbatch, extrusion and injection molding processes. EPSeal® 400 is recommended for synthetic wine corks and T-stoppers for spirits. Complies with FDA and EU regulations. EPSeal® 100 by Hexpol is a recyclable thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. Is a polyvinylchloride (PVC) free grade, exhibiting superior sealing, excellent organoleptic results, optimal elasticity, softness, consistent opening torques and high quality. Suitable with all beverage processing methods, including sterilization. EPSeal® 100 is recommended for crown corks to be used for carbonated beverages including lemonades, beer, mineral water, juices and milk based drinks. Complies with FDA and EU regulations. Designed for the in shell molding liner technology, versions for cold fill, pasteurization and hot fill beverage treatment systems. Designed for out shell compression molding system and tape extrusion process. EPSeal® 700 is recommended for polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) closures to be used in carbonated soft drinks, premium segment of mineral water with very low migration and beverage promotional campaigns with laser markings.
