Dryflex® by HEXPOL COMPOUNDING are thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) based on TPS (SBS & SEBS), TPO, TPU, TPV, or Biobased. Used in automotive interiors & exteriors, glazing profiles, sports equipment, electronics, pipes, power tools, toys, safety gears, mobile protection, cables, baby products, and drinking water applications.

Dryflex® PIR 853317-2 TPE

by HEXPOL COMPOUNDING

Dryflex® PIR 853317-2 TPE by HEXPOL COMPOUNDING is a thermoplastic elastomer with 45% recyclate content from post-industrial and post-consumer sources. It showed 43% reduction in carbondioxide emission per kg TPE compared to the equivalent virgin TPE material. It meets regulatory and testing requirements of Porsche PN 780 for VOC and odor rating. It is used in automotive interior components.

Dryflex® VE 55A101

Dryflex® VE 55A101 by Hexpol is an impact modified, recyclable thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV). It is a lightweight grade and shows high performance, easy processing, excellent flow, high thermal stability, improved flexibility, durability, surface appearance and aesthetics. Possesses soft-touch appeal, less isotropic effects, low compression set, specific gravity and flex fatigue, enhanced tensile- and elongation properties. Exhibits UV-, ozone-, weather-, heat-, chemical-, aggressive-, fluids resistance such as oils, acids, bases, and aqueous solutions. Provides adhesion to polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) in multi-component usages. It is suitable for processing extrusion and thermoforming applications. Dryflex® VE 55A101 is recommended for automotive weather-seals and dynamic gaskets.

Dryflex® SE 85A001 by HEXPOL COMPOUNDING is an unfilled, impact modified, 100% recyclable, thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) based on styrene ethylene butylene styrene copolymer (SEBS). Exhibits translucency, high surface finish, excellent flow, good mechanical properties, good scratch- and high temperature resistance. Offers easy colorability, low density, low weight, easy and secure pigmenting. Provides easy processability, improved compression set, high flexibility, good adhesion to PP and PE. Dryflex® SE 85A001 can be processed by conventional thermoplastic fabricating methods and injection molding. Used in handles, sports equipments, toys, infant care, sealing for storage boxes, closures, soft-touch grips & areas for packaging, automotive components, tools, hardwares and applications with food contact are possible. Complies with European directives 2002/95/EC (RoHS) and 2003/11/EC regulations.

Dryflex® A2 602701 is a 100% recyclable thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) based on SBS and SEBS. It allows adhesion to acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polycarbonate (PC) & blend of ABS & PC and shows excellent bonding to PMMA, ASA, SAN & their blends. Exhibits improved UV resistance, ozone resistance, impact resistance, transparency, stronger peel force (than tensile strength) and good resistance to chemicals (except organic solvents, aromatic, and vegetable oils). Offers a soft touch, seal, or good grip, good colorability, flexibility and good processability. Dryflex® A2 602701 is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. Used in handles for screwdrivers, bicycles, and skiing poles, as well as several types of wheels and seals. Exhibits good scratch-, excellent weather-, air-ageing-, and good chemical resistance. Possesses low density and good mechanical properties, such as elongation, compression set, tensile and tear strength. Offers transparency, excellent flow, high surface finish, good processability and good colorability. Dryflex® 500900S is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion.
