PolyFibra® PF-PEI02 by Futuramat is a partially biobased (50%) polypropylene grade based on wood fibers (spruce). Exhibits high wood rate, and good rigidity. Offers reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, reduction in the amount of energy used in production processes, good abrasion resistance, and reduction in shrinkage to release. PolyFibra® PF-PEI02 reduces the usage of non-renewable materials by substituting up to 50% of non-renewable resources with wood. It can be processed using extrusion and injection molding. The wood fibers used are produced from PEFC certified wood. PolyFibra® PF-PHF04 by Futuramat is a partially biobased (30%) polypropylene grade based on wood fibers (spruce). Exhibits good performance, flexibility and shock resistance. Offers reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, reduction in the amount of energy used in production processes, good abrasion resistance, and reduction in shrinkage to release. PolyFibra® PF-PHF04 reduces the usage of non-renewable materials by substituting up to 50% of non-renewable resources with wood. It can be processed using injection molding. The wood fibers used are produced from PEFC certified wood. PolyFibra® PF-PEF04 by Futuramat is a partially biobased polypropylene grade based on wood fibers (spruce).
