PolyFibra® PF-AED01

PolyFibra® PF-AED01 by Futuramat is a partial biobased acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) grade based on wood fibers (spruce). Offers reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, reduction in the amount of energy used in production processes, good abrasion resistance, and reduction in shrinkage to release. It reduces the usage of non-renewable materials by substituting up to 50% of non-renewable resources with wood. Is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. PolyFibra® PF-AED01 contains 20 % biobased content and is recommended for composite brakes applications. The wood fibers used are produced from PEFC certified wood.
