PrimePart® PLUS PA 2221 is a little translucent, general purpose, biocompatible, heat stabilized polyamide 12 (PA 12) homopolymer grade. Exhibits balanced part properties, good thermal stability, and resistance to chemicals, oil, grease & solvent. Is suitable for processing by 3D printing, additive manufacturing, laser sintering and rapid prototyping. Suitable for functional parts in automotive applications. It complies with the FDA 21 CFR §177.1500 (b) 9 regulation, ISO 10993-1 and USP Classification VI/121°C. PrimePart® ST PEBA 2301 is an impact modified, colorable polyether block amide (PEBA) grade. Exhibits soft feel, gas tightness, high elasticity & strength, good chemical resistance, excellent long-term stability, high selectivity & detail resolution, and rubber-like fatigue behavior. Is suitable for processing by laser sintering and rapid prototyping. Suitable for vibratory grinding, flame treatment, tub coloring, bonding, and flocking. Applications include fully functional & flexible plastic parts, air ducts, automotive, encapsulation, handles, medical, seals & gaskets and sports equipment.
