EOS PEEK HP3 is a semi-crystalline, biocompatible, heat stabilized, flame retardant polyaryletherketone (PAEK) grade. Exhibits excellent high temperature performance, high wear resistance, good chemical resistance, hydrolytic stability, good smoke & toxicity performance, good hydrolysis resistance, and sterilizability. Is suitable for processing by laser sintering and rapid prototyping. Suitable for use on the high-temperature system EOSINT P 800. Recommended for medical, aerospace and motorsports applications. It is an ideal replacement material for stainless steel and titanium in medical applications.
