Offers extremely good chemical resistance, dimensional stability, intrinsic flame retardancy and high stiffness. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Xytron™ M5710T (P1043A) is recommended for automotive industry and industrial equipment. Complies with CONEG, REACH, SVHC and RoHS regulations. Xytron™ G4024T by Envalior is a low-flash polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade reinforced with 40% glass fiber. It exhibits excellent mold release, extremely good chemical resistance and flame retardance. It is processed by injection molding. Xytron™ G4024T is used in water pump parts, thermostat push rod, rod guides, filter box of coffee machines and engine block heaters for electric generators. It complies with REACH, CONEG and RoHS regulations. Xytron™ TC6022I by Envalior is a thermally conductive polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) resin reinforced with 60% glass and mineral. Xytron™ TC6022I is suitable for processing by injection molding. Xytron™ M6510A by Envalior is polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade reinforced with 65% glass fiber and mineral. It offers extremely good chemical resistance, excellent dimensional stability, intrinsic flame retardancy and high stiffness. It is processed by injection molding. Xytron™ M6510A is recommended for automotive industry and industrial equipment. Also, used in alternator bridges, crankshaft covers, water pump part, coil insulation and rectifier. It complies with CONEG, REACH, SVHC and RoHS regulations. Xytron™ G4010T by Envalior is flame-retardant polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade reinforced with 40% glass fiber. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is a high-performance plastic compound. It offers extremely good chemical resistance, improved flow, dimensional stability, high stiffness, high rigidity and mechanical strength. It offers lower molding temperatures, high-temperature resistance & hydrolysis resistance. It allows for easy processing. Xytron™ G4010T is used in automotive e-motor bobbins, brush holders (electro motors), charge air cooler caps, coil insulation, end-laminates (electro motors) and engine block heater for electric generators. It is also applicable in the filter box, GI cable pipe, power safety locking component, rectifier, rod guides, thermostat push rod and water pump part. Xytron™ G3010E (P1064C) by Envalior is an impact modified polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Offers extremely good chemical resistance, dimensional stability, intrinsic flame retardancy and high stiffness. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Xytron™ G3010E (P1064C) is recommended for the automotive and building & construction industry. Complies with CONEG, REACH, SVHC and RoHS regulations. Xytron™ G3080E by Envalior is a high-performance, polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It offers improved impact, extremely good chemical resistance, dimensional stability, intrinsic flame retardancy and high stiffness. This grade exhibits degradation & stability and chemical stability. Xytron™ G3080E is processed by injection molding. It is used in ADAS radar housing and robotic motors. Xytron™ G4010W (R-X08297A) by Envalior is a 40% glass fiber reinforced, wear & friction modified and flame retardant polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade. It exhibits excellent chemical resistance. Xytron™ G4010W (R-X08297A) can be processed using injection molding. The recommended dryer is dehumidified dryer or vacuum dryer with N<sub>2</sub> purge. Xytron™ G4020DW-FC by Envalior is a food contact quality, flame-retardant polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade reinforced with 40% glass fiber. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is a high-performance plastic compound and drinking water grade. It offers extremely good chemical resistance, dimensional stability, high stiffness and strength. It provides fatigue and creep resistance, best weldline strength before and after hydrolytic and heat aging. Xytron™ G4020DW-FC is used in hydrogen fuel cells and pipe fittings applications.
