Arnitel® Eco L400

Arnitel® Eco L400 by Envalior is a high performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) grade, containing 52% renewable content. It is a non-reinforced and non-flame retardant compound. Shows resistance to stain and scratch. Possesses a unique combination of flexibility, high temperature resistance and strength with excellent processing characteristics. Exhibits good aesthetics, reduced environmental impact and system cost. Designed for processing by injection molding. Arnitel® Eco L400 is used in smokable sausage casings. Other possible applications include automotive, electrical and electronics.

Arnitel® ID 2045

Arnitel® ID 2045 by Envalior is a highly flexible, high performance thermoplastic copolyester grade present as filament and containing greater than 50% renewable content. Exhibits excellent UV and chemical resistance compared to other flexible polymers such as thermoplastic urethanes (TPUs), and those reaching elongation at break up to 400%. Arnitel® ID 2045 shows no buckling and offers a higher print speed than other thermoplastic elastomers. Also exhibits unparalleled layer-to-layer adhesion when compared with the available ABS, PLA and TPU filaments in the 3D printing market using fused deposition modeling (FDM) technology.

Arnitel® VT3108

Arnitel® VT3108 by Envalior is a high-performance, highly breathable, thermoplastic copolyester (TPC). This food contact quality is processed by film extrusion and requires drying. It is a lighter, smarter, greener alternative to conventional rubbers thus, reducing environmental impact. It possesses flexibility, strength, kink resistance and excellent processing characteristics. It offers chemical resistance against household chemicals like cleaning agents, sunscreen lotion and automotive greases and oils. It yields a breathable film that balances the application-specific gas mixture of O<sub>2</sub> and CO<sub>2</sub>, and the moisture inside the package. It allows for reliable solutions in respiratory tubing and prevents condensation. It provides light weight solutions as compared to silicone alternative. Arnitel® VT3108 shows easy stretchability with low forces, not putting tension on the wound area. It is cost effective and sustainable, since it is PFC free and 100% recyclable and very comfortable due to its 100% waterproof performance under all circumstances, unlike perforated membranes. It yields excellent smoke penetration leading to great taste and sausage structure and high quality. It is used in breathable films for food packaging, breathable outdoor clothing, medical tubes & gowns, plasters, respirator tubes, roofing membranes and smokable sausage casings. It meets ISO 18064 for TPC-ET.

Arnitel® EM400

Arnitel® EM400 by Envalior is a high-performance, non-reinforced & non flame retarded thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) grade. It is a lighter, smarter, greener alternative to conventional rubbers thus, reducing environmental impact and ultimately, system costs. It is processed by injection molding and extrusion. It possesses strength & excellent processing characteristics. This food contact quality grade offers chemical resistance against household chemicals like cleaning agents, sunscreen lotion and automotive greases and oils. It allows for reliable solutions due to its retention of flexibility even at temperatures down to -40°C or at elevated temperatures up to 100°C, due to its excellent resistance to oxidizing agents and no emission of nitrogen as TPU and due to its wide direct food contact approvals (FDA/EC compliancy). It offers good haptics, broad tactile properties with superior touch & feel and high creep-, tear & abrasion resistance. It has broadest operating temperature range from -45°C to 150°C. This grade allows for reliable solutions due to excellent colorability, excellent bonding with SAN compared to PP based elastomers and high resistance to detergent solutions. Used in spring in monitor arm with low creep & adjustable load bearing, chair carriers, conveyor belts, cosmetic dispensers and grips. Recommended for automotive structural suspension systems, industrial cords & ropes, phone case, railway pads, screw drivers and plyers. Arnitel® EM400 is also used for seat suspension/fabrics, soft touch in spatulas & kitchenware, support springs, washing machine timer knobs and wine taps. It meets ISO 18064 for TPC-ET.

Arnitel® EL550

Arnitel® EL550 by Envalior is a high-performance, impact modified thermoplastic co-polyester (TPC) grade. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Possesses flexibility, strength, excellent processing characteristics, excellent mechanical properties, excellent elasticity, good resistance in heat aging tests and permeability to water vapor. Shows high temperature-, thermal-, UV-, fungus- and fatigue resistance. Offers chemical resistance against household chemicals like cleaning agents, sunscreen lotion and automotive greases and oils. Arnitel® EL550 shows very low oxygen permeability combined with very high carbon dioxide permeability for usage in fruit and vegetable film packaging. Meets ISO 18064 for TPC-ET.
