Grilon® AZ 3/2 by EMS-Grivory (EMS Group) is an impact modified, flame retardant, unreinforced polyamide 66 (PA 66) grade. Possesses medium viscosity, improved friction and wear properties, excellent toughness at low temperatures and low density. It can be processed by injection molding. Mostly used in highly stressed parts for domestic, sporting items and electronic parts. Grilon® AZ 3/2 by EMS-Grivory (EMS Group) is recommended for automotive applications like bowden cables, chain links, ski-slope grooming machine, sports & optics like blade holder for ice skates, damping elements for tennis & squash racquets and mechanical engineering such as blade holder for lawnmower. Suitable for powertrain, chassis, electrical appliances, connectors, housewares, tools & accessories, industry and consumer goods. Grilon® AS/2 by EMS-Grivory (EMS Group) is a nucleated, unreinforced polyamide 66. Possesses good flow behaviour, easy processing and short cycle times. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Mostly used in cable ties, clamps, handles, spectacle frames and furniture components. Also used in other applications such as automotive, powertrain, chassis, electricals, cable and tubes, electronics, housewares, hydraulics & pneumatics, mechanical engineering, sports & leisure, tools & accessories, industry and consumer goods. Grilon® TSM-30 by EMS-Grivory (EMS Group) is a heat stabilized, normal viscosity polyamide 66 and polyamide 6 grade reinforced with 30% mineral. Exhibits excellent surface finish, excellent flow behavior, low warpage and very good processing. Can be processed using injection molding. Recommended for automotive applications such as aerial motor housing, engine cover, tank cap, toothed belt cover and fuel vent flap. Grilon® TSM-30 can be used in electrical & electronics applications like battery holder, coil formers in electric motors and micro-motor housing. Grilon® BG-40 FC by EMS-Grivory (EMS Group) is a heat stabilized, 40% glass fibres reinforced polyamide 6. It is suitable for processing by injection molding.<br>

Grilon® FG 34 NL Natural 6023 by EMS-Grivory (EMS Group) is a nucleated, high viscosity polyamide 6 grade. It exhibits improved flavor protection & aroma barrier, better optical & UV-barrier properties, better gas barrier at elevated humidity and after pasteurization & sterilization, and better thermoforming & orientation properties. It can be processed using mono & coextruded cast- & blown films, and other extrusion. It is recommended for oriented films, sausage casings, deep-drawn films, packaging such as meat cheese & fish (pouches, shells, covers) at elevated humidity levels. Applications include non-oriented film, tubes, and medical packaging. Grilon® FG 34 NL Natural 6023 complies with EU requirements and FDA. Grilon® TSZ 1 by EMS-Grivory (EMS Group) is a heat-stabilized, normal viscosity, impact modified polyamide 66 and polyamide 6 grade. Exhibits excellent flow behavior, high elongation at break, integral hinge suitability and good surface finish. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Grilon® TSZ 1 is recommended for automotive and electrical applications such as clips, fixing parts, cable conduits, cable binders, and head rest bushings. Other applications include automotive lighting, electrical appliances including connectors, electronics, mechanical engineering, power transmission, sports & leisure, and tools & accessories. Grilon® AS V0 by EMS-Grivory (EMS Group) is an unreinforced, flame retardant, self-extinguishing polyamide 66. It is a normal viscosity, halogen & phosphorous-free grade which exhibits good electrical properties. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Grilon® AS V0 is used in contact plates, plugs, buttons, plug-in terminal strips and switch components. Other applications include automotive, lighting, electrical appliances and equipment, cables & tubes, connectors, energy distribution and electronics.
