Bluesil™ RTV 3724 A&B by Elkem Silicones is a two-component silicone elastomer which cures at room temperature by a polyaddition reaction (1:1 ratio). It can be applied onto horizontal as well as vertical surfaces thanks to its thixotropic behavior, can be processed via spraying, brushing and casting to obtain a silicone film.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It is specifically developed to produce high performance re-usable silicone bag on molds used for the processing of composites applying the "vacuum resin infusion" technology.</li>
<li> It offers excellent mechanical properties, low viscosity (easy sprayable) with thixotropic behavior and shear thinning. </li>It provides easy remoldablility for fast production process, high chemical resistance against epoxy resins and high chemical resistance against polyester resin.</li>
<li> It also offers long recoat time, high inhibition resistance and no release of toxic substances during and after curing.</li>
<li> Bluesil™ RTV 3724 A&B has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul> Bluesil™ TCS 7550 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two-component heat-curing liquid silicone elastomer that cures by a polyaddition reaction. It exhibits good fire resistance and low thermal conductivity (high insulation properties). It shows a fast cure at elevated temperature, long bath life at room temperature (>16 hrs) and high bond strength without primer. Bluesil™ TCS 7550 A/B is specially engineered for industrial and high-performance textile coatings for example thermal insulation applications. It is also used in bonding coated and uncoated fabrics. It has a shelf life of 12 months. BLUESIL™ NYKAT 6H by Elkem Silicones is an organotin salt-free, silicone elastomer. It offers good fluidity, excellent mechanical properties, in particular tear strength and excellent flexibility. This product possesses low modulus which facilitates the mold release. It is used in molds to produce parts made of different materials, such as plaster, wax, acrylic resin, polyester resin, epoxy resin & silicone elastomers. It is suitable for decoration items: cornices, ornaments, statues and figurines: toys, candles, statues, giftware. This product is designed for furnishing: furniture and decorative parts, construction: decorative items, pavement, paving stone, columns and artistic foundries: molds for the lost wax casting technique. The shelf life of BLUESIL™ NYKAT 6H is 6 months. BLUESIL™ RTV 3440 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two component, silicone elastomer that crosslink at room temperature by polyaddition reaction. The polymerization can be accelerated by heat. It offers highly accurate reproductions, dimensional stability and good mechanical properties combined with a high shore A. This grade provides chemical & thermal resistance and fast mixing & easy processing due to the low viscosity. It is used for the reproduction of various kinds of 3D objects in plaster, wax, polyester and low melting point metals. The shelf life of BLUESIL™ RTV 3440 A/B is 12 months. BLUESIL™ RTV 3723 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a low viscosity, quick cure, two components silicone rubber grade. It polymerize at room temperature by an polyaddition cure reaction. It is suitable for spray application. It is developed to produce a silicone bag on molds used for the processing of composites applying the vacuum resin infusion technology. It shows excellent mechanical properties and improved resistance to polyesters resin. BLUESIL™ RTV 3723 A/B does not release toxic substances during and after curing. BLUESIL™ RTV 3512 NB A/B by Elkem Silicones is a no bleeding, two component, silicone elastomer which cures at room temperature by a polyaddition reaction (1:1 ratio). It is specifically formulated to produce sock molds and printing pads or printing rollers. It shows low hardness combined with an excellent mechanical resistance that allows for an easy demolding from complex shapes. It offers high fluidity, excellent reproduction of details, longer working time, good mechanical & release properties and low linear shrinkage. This grade displays no release of toxic substances during and after curing. The shelf life of BLUESIL™ RTV 3512 NB A/B is 12 months. BLUESIL™ RTV 3122 by Elkem Silicones is a two-component, silicone elastomer. It crosslinks at room temperature by a polycondensation reaction. It offers antistatic property for protection from dusts, good tear strength for lasting durability and good ink absorption & transfer properties. The shelf life of BLUESIL™ RTV 3122 is 12 months. BLUESIL™ ESA 6025 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a pourable, two component silicone rubber. It cures at room temperature by a polyaddition reaction, to a very soft and translucent silicone gel. It offers easy processability, due to the good fluidity of parts A and B, mixing ratio (1:1), quick setting, accelerated by heating, pronounced inherent tack and outstanding dielectric properties. This product provides good heat stability in confined space (even above 100°C) and outstanding protection of encapsulated equipment against mechanical stress due to temperature variations and vibrations. It is recommended for applications where a self-bleeding effect is prohibited. BLUESIL™ ESA 6025 A/B is suitable for encapsulation of electronic components for the automotive & power electronics industries, damping systems and encapsulation of solar cells. The shelf life of this product is 12 months. BLUESIL™ RTV 3460 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two component, low density, silicone elastomer which cures at room temperature by a polyaddition reaction (10:1 ratio). It offers high mechanical strength and a long mold life. It shows outstanding mechanical resistance at high durometer, resistance to common casting resins and excellent details reproduction. It is specifically formulated for use with casting materials and urethane foams for architectural, prototyping and furniture molding applications. It is also used in high pressure applications (PU Foam, RIM). It conforms 21 CFR 177.2600 (USA FDA). The shelf life of BLUESIL™ RTV 3460 A/B is 18 months. BLUESIL™ HP 1055 U by Elkem Silicones is a heat curable silicone rubber grade. It is cured by the addition of peroxide. It offers short post-cure, easy processing and high mechanical properties. It shows good compromise between tear strength and compression set. It provides good dielectric properties and no refreshening required. BLUESIL™ HP 1055 U is processed by injection molding and extrusion.
