SILBIONE™ LSR 60 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a biocompatible, two part, 60 durometer silicone rubber grade designed for producing translucent, high strength molded parts. It provides high tear strength. It is especially effective when bonding silicone rubber to silicone rubber. It can bonds to silicone substrates without a primer and no cure is required. Suitable for processing by liquid injection molding. SILBIONE™ LSR 60 A/B is suitable for medical parts for healthcare applications for <30 day implantation and encapsulated electronic parts. SILBIONE™ TCS 7381 by Elkem Silicones is a tin-free, single component, non-staining, easy to handle elastomer. It offers non-slip characteristics to treated fabrics, good tear strength and low modulus of elasticity. It provides quick skin over & cure rate which can be further accelerated by increasing temperature and humidity. It shows excellent adhesion to cotton, nylon, polyester, polyamide, polyurethane and various blends. It is curable at room temperature and resistant to dyes & detergents. SILBIONE™ TCS 7381 is designed for lace coating of continuous or non-continuous bands (for support stockings), bra strap & support band coatings and knee-length stocking to coating. It is also used in non-slip trouser waistband coating, table lace fabric and industrial fabrics. It is suitable for fabrics for medical applications. It has a shelf life of 18 months. SILBIONE™ RTV 4528 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two component, silicone elastomer which cures at room temperature by a polyaddition reaction. The polymerization can be accelerated by heat. It is used in heel cushions, toe separators and liners for limb prostheses. It offers very high stretchability, sterilizability, fast mixing and easy processing due to low viscosity. The shelf life of SILBIONE™ RTV 4528 A/B is 6 months. SILBIONE™ RTV 4530 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two component, silicone elastomer which cures at room temperature by a polyaddition reaction. The polymerization can be accelerated by heat. It offers very high stretchability, sterilizability, fast mixing and easy processing due to low viscosity. It is used in heel cushions, toe separators and liners for limb prostheses. The shelf life of SILBIONE™ RTV 4530 A/B is 6 months. SILBIONE™ RTV 4525 SB A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two component, oil-bleeding silicone elastomer which cures at room temperature by a polyaddition reaction. The polymerization can be accelerated by heat. It offers sterilizability, fast mixing and easy processing due to low viscosity. This grade is used in liners for limb prostheses. The shelf life of SILBIONE™ RTV 4525 SB A/B is 6 months. SILBIONE™ RTV 4515 QC A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two component, silicone elastomer which cures at room temperature by polyaddition curing reaction (ratio 1:1). It offers very low hardness, low linear shrinkage, no toxicity, biocompatibility and high fluidity. It displays no release of toxic substances during and after curing. It is used in paramedical and orthopaedic & sport shoes. The shelf life of SILBIONE™ RTV 4515 QC A/B is 24 months. SILBIONE™ RTV 4511 QC A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two component, silicone elastomer which cures at room temperature by a polyaddition reaction. The polymerization can be accelerated by heat. It is used in heel cushions, toe separators and liners for limb prostheses. It offers very high stretchability, sterilizability, fast mixing and easy processing due to low viscosity. The shelf life of SILBIONE™ RTV 4511 QC A/B is 6 months. SILBIONE™ RTV 4545 QC A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two component, biocompatible, silicone elastomer that crosslinks at room temperature by polyaddition reaction. The polymerization can be accelerated by heat. It is used in shoe inlays, liners for limb prostheses, prosthetic bandages and orthopaedic applications. It offers very good mechanical properties, low viscosity and easy processing properties. The shelf life of SILBIONE™ RTV 4545 QC A/B is 6 months. SILBIONE™ RTV 4524 A/B by Elkem Silicones is silicone elastomer which cures at room temperature by polyaddition reaction. It is used in paramedical and orthopaedic & sports shoes. It offers very low hardness, excellent reproduction of details, low linear shrinkage and high resistance to natural aging. It displays no release of toxic substances. The shelf life of SILBIONE™ RTV 4524 A/B is 12 months. SILBIONE™ RTV 4522 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two component, silicone elastomer which cures at room temperature by a polyaddition reaction. The polymerization can be accelerated by heat. It offers very high stretchability, sterilizability., fast mixing and easy processing due to low viscosity. It is used in heel cushions, toe separators and liners for limb prostheses. The shelf life of SILBIONE™ RTV 4522 A/B is 6 months.
