AQUASET™ 600 by Dow Chemical is a formaldehyde-free, waterborne acrylic solution. Exhibits improved adhesion and cure profile. Offers excellent strength properties, low flame response, low foaming, excellent runnability, good thermal stability, virtually no volatile organic content (VOC) and minimal color contribution after cure. AQUASET™ 600 is used as a binder for building and specialty insulation applications. AQUASET™ 100 by Dow Chemical is a formaldehyde-free, waterborne acrylic solution. Offers excellent strength properties, low flame response, low foaming, excellent runnability, good thermal stability, virtually no volatile organic content (VOC) and minimal color contribution after cure. AQUASET™ 100 is used as a binder for specialty insulation and industrial nonwovens such as fiberglass webs used in roofing, flooring, insulation and HVAC filters.
