AQUASET™ 100 by Dow Chemical is a formaldehyde-free, waterborne acrylic solution. Offers excellent strength properties, low flame response, low foaming, excellent runnability, good thermal stability, virtually no volatile organic content (VOC) and minimal color contribution after cure. AQUASET™ 100 is used as a binder for specialty insulation and industrial nonwovens such as fiberglass webs used in roofing, flooring, insulation and HVAC filters.
