CENTRODAL TF POM+PTFE by Centroplast is a natural colored polyoxymethylene polymer. The addition of PTFE leads to an improvement in friction behavior and to maintenance-free sliding. Provides High stiffness, good strength, toughness, hardness, dimensional stability and heat distortion temperature. Shows low water absorption, very good bond- weld- and machinability. It is used in drive and conveying technology as gear wheels, chain guides, toothed wheels, scrapers or rollers. It is recommended for automotive, electrical, plastics, mechanical and other industries. CENTRODAL TF POM+PTFE by Centroplast complies with FDA and BfR. Provides high stiffness, excellent dimensional stability, good acid resistance, high surface hardness, good toughness, good temperature for usage in air, low water absorption, good heat distortion temperature, good bond- and weldability. Used in seals and manufacturing applications such as gear wheels, toothed wheels, chain guides, scrapers and rollers. Complies with FDA, BfR and flame rating UL 94.
