CENTROLYTE FG PET FG by Centroplast is a natural colored, solid and semi-crystalline polyethylene terephthalate (PET) grade. Provides excellent electrical insulation properties, good hardness, toughness and possesses excellent dimensional stability, excellent sliding properties and high wear resistance. Offers good temperature for usage in air, good heat distortion temperature, low water absorption, good bond-, weld- and machinability. CENTROLYTE FG PET FG is applicable within a temperature range of -20 to +160 °C. Used in engineering and manufacturing applications such as ball bearing cups, coil bodies, covers, protective housings and pump components. Complies with EU-VO 10/2011, FDA, BfR and flame rating UL 94.

CENTRODAL C POM C

CENTRODAL C POM C by Centroplast is a partially crystalline polyoxymethylene (POM) copolymer. It provides excellent machinability, dimensional stability, good temperature for usage in air, low water absorption, good heat distortion temperature, high surface hardness, good toughness, good weldability and bondability. It exhibits excellent acid, chemical resistance and glide & wear behavior. It is applicable in the temperature range from -40 to 140 °C. It is used in machinery construction such as track rollers, gear wheels & toothed wheels, cams, guides, ratchets and sliding plates, mechanical engineering for pump components. CENTRODAL C POM C complies with FDA, BfR and UL 94 flame rating.

CENTRODAL TF POM+PTFE

CENTRODAL TF POM+PTFE by Centroplast is a natural colored polyoxymethylene polymer. The addition of PTFE leads to an improvement in friction behavior and to maintenance-free sliding. Provides High stiffness, good strength, toughness, hardness, dimensional stability and heat distortion temperature. Shows low water absorption, very good bond- weld- and machinability. It is used in drive and conveying technology as gear wheels, chain guides, toothed wheels, scrapers or rollers. It is recommended for automotive, electrical, plastics, mechanical and other industries. CENTRODAL TF POM+PTFE by Centroplast complies with FDA and BfR.
