Ultracur3D® EPD 3500 by BASF is an engineering plastic daylight (EPD) 3D printing photopolymer. It is a strong daylight amber resin with superior strength and stiffness. It is ideal for engineering prototypes and high-quality parts when translucency is required. Ultracur3D® RG25 LV by BASF is a low viscosity, highly reactive photopolymer for use in inkjet-based 3D printing. It offers high productivity, toughness and durability. The grade possesses a balanced E-modulus and elongation at break after curing. It enables high print speeds which makes 3D printed parts affordable. The product is compatible with XAAR printhead and provides the best mechanical properties. Ultracur3D® RG25 LV is recommended for transparent multi-color & multi-material, fabrics, watch straps and microfluidics. Ultracur3D® EPD 4006 by BASF is a durable daylight resin with exceptional toughness and impact resistance. It is easy to print and has a fabulously smooth surface finish. It is ideal for functional parts and top-level multi-industrial applications. Ultracur3D® EPD 4006 complies with UL 94 HB flame rating. Ultracur3D® RG 503 by BASF is medium viscous, highly reactive, rigid urethane photopolymer for 3D printing applications resulting in rigid multi-purpose parts. It can produce high-performance functional parts using stereolithography (SLA), digital light processing (DLP) and liquid crystal display (LCD) machines. This water washable, light-curing temperature resistant grade provides high accuracy and low shrinkage. Parts produced with this resin show no water uptake. Ultracur3D® RG 503 is recommended for dental molds and dental model for thermoforming. Ultracur3D® ST by BASF is high impact, medium viscous, reactive urethane photopolymer for 3D printing applications resulting in tough multi-purpose parts. It can produce high performance functional parts using stereolithography (SLA), digital light processing (DLP) and liquid crystal display (LCD) machines. It exhibits high tear strength, high elongation at break and good aging properties. Ultracur3D® FL is recommended for prototypes, shoes, bike handle, phone case, footwear, shock absorber, cushioning and lattice applications.
