Nypel® RC5053 BK by BASF is polyamide 66 (PA 66) compound reinforced with 20% recycled feedstock, 35% glass and mineral fiber. Designed for processing by injection molding. Recommended applications include automotive components (cylinder head covers), industrial housings, parts which require elevated temperatures and dimensional stability. Nypel® RC5053 BK complies with OSHA (Hazard Communication Standard) 29 CFR Part 1910.1200 regulations. Nypel® RC6024 BK by BASF is a heat stabilized, semi-crystalline polyamide 6 (PA 6) compound reinforced with 30% glass, mineral fiber and atleast 20% recycled feedstock. Possesses a balance of engineering properties in combination with excellent dimensional stability, good flow, processability, low warp, viscosity, good chemical-, abrasion- and sink-mark formation resistance. Designed for processing by injection molding. Recommended applications include rotors, wheels, rims, timing belt covers, automotive cooling fans, engine covers and shrouds. Nypel® RC6024 BK complies with OSHA (Hazard Communication Standard) 29 CFR Part 1910.1200 regulations. Nypel® 2314 HS BK6 by BASF is a heat stabilized, semi-crystalline polyamide 6 compound. Offers low viscosity, good dimensional stability, flow, processability, chemical- and thermal aging resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended applications include hardware, handles, clips and fasteners. Nypel® 2314 HS BK6 complies with OSHA (Hazard Communication Standard) 29 CFR Part 1910.1200 regulations.
