Haptex® 4.0 by BASF is a sustainable, high-performance, durable, 100% recyclable polyurethane grade. It is produced without any organic solvents and waste residue. It exhibits excellent anti-yellowing properties, heat resistance and resilience. It is recommended for the production of synthetic leather.<br>

Offers high peel strength, durable stitching, good flexing, high abrasion performance, UV-, heat- and curve resistance. It provides superior physical properties & hand feel and hydrolysis resistance, even at temperatures as low as -30°C. It is environmental friendly and made without the use of organic solvents. Used in handbags cases for electronic gadgets, jackets, skirts, chairs (office and residential) and sofa. Haptex® is also recommended for automotive products like seating, headrest, headliner, car trunk, interior trims, gearshift, door- and instrument panel.
