KEBAFLOW LCP MX130 by Barlog Plastics is a 30% short glass fiber/mineral blend reinforced liquid crystal polymer (LCP). It possesses very high heat deflection temperature. This semi-crystalline grade exhibits good flowability at thin wall thicknesses, very good toughness & strength and inherent flame retardancy. It displays high heat deflection temperature (HDT ~270°C), dimensional stability and good chemical resistance. KEBAFLOW LCP MX130 offers good aging & fire behavior and high continuous operating temperature. It is processed by injection molding. It is used in pressure cans, LED housing, luminaire housing, relay, bobbin and plug. It targets automotive, electrical & electronics, household appliances, aviation and mechanical engineering industries. KEBAFLOW LCP HF130 (FE 190203*) by Barlog Plastics is a semi-crystalline, liquid crystal polymer (LCP) reinforced with 30% short glass fiber. This semi-crystalline grade offers inherent flame retardancy, high heat deflection temperature (HDT ~300°C) and good chemical resistance. It exhibits dimensional stability, good aging & fire behavior and high continuous operating temperature. It is processed by injection molding. KEBAFLOW LCP HF140 (FE 180102*) is used in pressure cans, LED housing, luminaire housing, relay, bobbin and plug.
