Ashlene® 1021 by Ashley Polymers is a high flow polycarbonate economical grade. Ashlene® 1021 is black in appearance. Used for thin walled parts. Ashlene® P1420 20%G.R is a prime polycarbonate grade reinforced with 20% glass. Offers high stiffness. Used for frames, cases, connectors, sporting gear, and switches. Ashlene® L930 is a cost saving, highly plasticized polyamide 12 (Nylon 12) grade. Offers high end performance. Is suitable for processing by extrusion. Used in flexible tubing. Ashlene® 105 is unreinforced, low viscosity polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) polyester economy grade. Exhibits heat resistance, dimensional stability, rigidity, and strength as well as chemical resistance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used for high flow applications. Ashlene® P105 is a low viscosity polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) polyester grade. Exhibits fatigue resistance as well as high chemical resistance and dimensional stability & excellent heat stability during molding, high flow and low mold surface deposits. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used for high flow applications. Ashlene® 980LS-43G is a polyamide 6-12 (Nylon 6-12) grade reinforced with glass. Exhibits very good low temperature properties, toughness and strength under conditions of pressure as well as abrasion resistance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Suitable for molded precision instruments, furniture and power tool. Ashlene® 520 is a cost saving, general purpose, lubricated, medium viscosity polyamide 66 (Nylon 66) grade. Used in critical auto applications and in hardware, plumbing, appliance & industrial components. Ashlene® 829LSNW is a nucleated, heat stabilized, lubricated polyamide 6 (Nylon 6) grade. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in critical auto applications and in hardware, plumbing, appliance & industrial components. Ashlene® P138 40% Mineral is polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) polyester grade reinforced with 40% mineral. Exhibits fatigue resistance as well as high chemical resistance and dimensional stability & excellent heat stability during molding, high flow and low mold surface deposits. Also shows outstanding rigidity with good resistance to warpage and sinking in large areas. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used for applications such as headlamp housings or wherever surface gloss is desirable. Ashlene® P293WO is a polyphenylene ether [PPE] grade. Is suitable for processing by extrusion.
