Ashlene® 1021 by Ashley Polymers is a high flow polycarbonate economical grade. Ashlene® 1021 is black in appearance. Used for thin walled parts. Ashlene® 197 is a very low viscosity polyacetal copolymer (POM) grade. Exhibits fatigue resistance as well as high chemical resistance and dimensional stability & excellent heat stability during molding, high flow and low mold surface deposits. Offers high notched Izods and a unique balance of qualities in both homopolymers and copolymers. Is suitable for thin walled injection molding applications require long flow paths. Ashlene® 830LW is a lubricated polyamide 6 (Nylon 6) grade. Exhibits improved machine feed and mold release. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in critical auto applications and in hardware, plumbing, appliance & industrial components. Ashlene® 261 is a general purpose, economy polyphenylene ether [PPE] grade. Exhibits excellent properties but lower H.D.T. and notched izod than prime resin. Ashlene® 832E is a natural colored, lubricated polyamide 6 (Nylon 6) grade with medium viscosity. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Most suitable for non critical applications. Used in auto applications and in hardware, plumbing, appliance & industrial components. Ashlene® 105 is unreinforced, low viscosity polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) polyester economy grade. Exhibits heat resistance, dimensional stability, rigidity, and strength as well as chemical resistance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used for high flow applications. Ashlene® 68MG is a polyamide 66 (Nylon 66) grade reinforced with mineral/glass fiber. Improved stiffness and strength at high temperatures. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Suitable for very low warpage applications such as automotive, construction, appliance and computer components. Potential applications include hardware, plumbing & industrial components. Ashlene® L930 is a cost saving, highly plasticized polyamide 12 (Nylon 12) grade. Offers high end performance. Is suitable for processing by extrusion. Used in flexible tubing. Ashlene® 630-25G is a cost savings, general purpose, lubricated polyamide 6 (Nylon 6) grade reinforced with glass fiber. Suitable for very low warpage applications such as automotive, construction, appliance and computer components. Potential applications include hardware, plumbing & industrial components. Ashlene® P270 is a general purpose, high performance, polyphenylene ether [PPE] grade. Exhibits heat resistance, impact strength even at low temperatures, moisture resistance and dimensional stability. Applications include automotive, appliances, and business equipment.
