ATLAC® 5200 FC

ATLAC® 5200 FC by AOC is a non-reinforced epoxy bisphenol-A vinyl ester, dissolved in styrene. Exhibits tack-free cure and high elongation. It can be cured with 1 ml Butanox LPT-IN (AKZO-Nobel) and 0.5 ml Co-octoate solution (1% Co in styrene) added to 100 g resin. Provides good acid-, alkali-, bleach-, chemical- and thermal resistance. Can be processed by pultrusion, filament winding, centrifugal casting, hand lay-up and spray-up. Suitable for use in corrosive environments, chemical processing industry and applications exposed to intermittent temperatures. ATLAC® 5200 FC is formulated for industrial, food processing and potable water applications. Conforms to type 1310 as per DIN 16946/2, classified group 5 according to DIN 18820/1 & group 7A according to EN13121/2. Complies with food contact regulations.

ATLAC® 590 by AOC is a non-reinforced, epoxy novolac-based vinyl ester resin for demanding corrosive environments, dissolved in styrene. It can be cured with 0.3% NL51P and 1% Butanox M-50. It offers high retention of strength at elevated temperatures. This grade provides excellent thermal & chemical resistance against solvents, acids and oxidizing media like chlorine. It is processed by filament winding, centrifugal casting, hand lay-up and spray-up applications. Designed for power, mortars, offshore, building & construction, infrastructure and industrial applications. ATLAC® 590 conforms to KIWA approval (BRL-K 541/01), type 1310 as per DIN 16946/2, classified group 5 according to DIN 18820/1 and group 7A according to EN13121/2.

ATLAC® PREMIUM 100

ATLAC® PREMIUM 100 by AOC is a styrene-free, medium viscosity, highly reactive vinyl ester resin dissolved in methacrylate. It can be cured with curing agents including Butanox LPT: Methyl ethyl ketone peroxide Accelerator NL-53: Cobalt(II)2-ethylhexanoate 10% solution. It is suitable for processing by hand lay up. Ideal for applications where high emissions of reactive solvents are not required such as on mono-styrene containing resins. ATLAC® PREMIUM 100 is recommended for industrial, building and infrastructure applications.

ATLAC® 580 AC 300 by AOC is a pre-accelerated, urethane-based vinyl ester resin. Exhibits excellent hydrolysis & chemical resistance, good thermal stability and low peak exotherm. It is suitable for processing by vacuum infusion and injection molding. Designed for marine, building and infrastructure applications. It offers low viscosity enabling excellent fiber wetting and impregnation of glass fiber reinforcement materials. ATLAC® 580 AC 300 is recommended for the production of fiber reinforced boats. Conforms to LLOYDS and RINA approval. It has a shelf life of 6 months, at 25°C in dark.

ATLAC® 580 by AOC is an urethane-based, bisphenol-A vinyl ester resin. It can be cured using the cure system including 0.5% NL63-10P, 0.5% NL51P and 1.5% Butanox M-50. Possesses good flexibility, low exotherm & very good handling and curing properties. Exhibits easy processability & exceptional chemical-, heat-, acidic salt-, hot water- and alkali resistance. Shows good compatibility with aramid fiber reinforcements. Offers excellent wet out & deaerating properties and outstanding performance. It produces less foam when peroxides are added with less air inhibition resulting in a tack free cured surface. ATLAC® E-NOVA MA 6215 by AOC is a pre-accelerated, low viscosity, epoxy bisphenol-A vinyl ester modified resin for components in marine applications. It exhibits excellent hydrolysis resistance, wet out and air release properties. It can be cured with normal methyl ethyl ketone peroxide like Butanox M50, or LPT for longer gel time. It is processed by resin transfer molding, vacuum infusion and injection molding. It shows easy processing through excellent de-aeration and fiber wetting. ATLAC® E-NOVA MA 6215 is certified by Lloyd's register and RINA.
