MB3150 is a high heat crystal polystyrene (PS) grade. Offers high vicat softening temperature, excellent clarity with slight blue tint, good toughness, fast cycling due to high heat distortion temperature, brilliant gloss, water-white clarity and stiffness. Is suitable for processing by thermoforming, extrusion and injection molded applications. Applications include foam products like egg cartons, meat trays, clamshells, medical products, compact disc, DVD jewel boxes, consumer containers, vials, jars and desk organizers. Is a FDA 21 CFR 177.1640 and UL 94 HB E326906 compliant grade.
