ALPHASEAL 173 M by Alphagary is a PVC-free thermoplastic elastomer grade. Designed for crown liners and closures. Used in food contact applications. It is suitable for processing by molding. ALPHASEAL® 706 by Alphagary is polyvinyl chloride (PVC) grade produced with FDA sanctioned ingredients. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is recommended for solid dioctyl phthalate (DOP) free twist crowns. It is also used in food contact closures and liners. ALPHASEAL® 706 complies with FDA regulations. ALPHASEAL® 240-6CY by Alphagary is a PVC free, unspecified thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. It exhibits good elastic recovery, abrasion resistance and low temperature behavior. It offers low taste, odor and can be processed by injection molding and extrusion. It is used in closures, liners, food and non-food applications. ALPHASEAL® 240-6CY complies with FDA regulations. ALPHASEAL® 188D by Alphagary is an unspecified thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. It exhibits a good taptone signal and processed by injection molding. It is used for mineral water, CSD, beer, closures, liners and returnable bottles. It meets the STLB class BII pressure retention after pasteurization. ALPHASEAL® 188D complies with FDA, BGVV and EU regulations. ALPHASEAL® 4609-65 by Alphagary is a flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC) grade produced with FDA sanctioned ingredients. It is suitable for processing by extrusion and injection molding. It is used in soft drink beverage closure liners on PET or glass bottles. ALPHASEAL® 4609-65 complies with FDA for food contact applications. ALPHASEAL® 704 by Alphagary is a Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP) free polyvinyl chloride (PVC) grade produced with FDA sanctioned ingredients. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. ALPHASEAL® 704 is used in solid pry off crowns & other food contact applications such as closures and liners. ALPHASEAL® 225-H by Alphagary is thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. It is a PVC free liner used in wide diameter plastic (PP) closures lined by Oberburg KDP50, SACMI PMV 238 or HC14 machines. It is also used for hot filling upto 85°C and general-purpose uses. ALPHASEAL® 225-H is a food contact approved grade. ALPHASEAL® 703 by Alphagary is polyvinyl chloride (PVC) grade made from FDA sanctioned ingredients. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. ALPHASEAL® 703 is used in food contact closures and liners. It is recommended for solid PVC liners for pry off crowns. It complies with FDA regulations. ALPHASEAL® 701 by Alphagary is polyvinyl chloride (PVC) grade made from FDA sanctioned ingredients. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. ALPHASEAL® 701 is used in recommended for solid twist crowns, food contact closures and liners. It complies with FDA regulations. ALPHASEAL® 702 by Alphagary is polyvinyl chloride (PVC) grade made from FDA sanctioned ingredients. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is recommended for foamed twist crowns for Coors and Labatt’s. ALPHASEAL® 702 is used in food contact closures and liners. It complies with FDA regulations.
