MEGOLON® S642 by Alphagary is a general-purpose, halogen-free and fire-retardant thermoplastic grade. It is recommended for sheathing for data and telecommunication cables, low and high voltage power cables. MEGOLON® S642 complies with Spain: UNE 21123-4. MEGOLON® HF8110 by Alphagary is a halogen-free, fire-retardant thermoplastic grade with good processability on low compression screws. It is used as low voltage insulation, sheathing and jacketing. MEGOLON® HF8110 is suitable for thin-wall applications. It complies with the UK: BS EN 50290-2-27; BS76556.1, types LTS 1 and LTS 3 and Germany DIN VDE 0207, part 24, type HM2. MEGOLON® HF8037 DD by Alphagary is a highly flexible, halogen-free and sheathed thermoplastic grade. Provides resistance to oil, fluid, UV radiation, primary ignition and propagation of flame. Exhibits good balance of mechanical properties, low die drool and emission of dense-, toxic- and corrosive fumes. Designed for cable extrusion processing method. MEGOLON® HF8037 DD is used for tray-, shipboard-, data-, transit-, communication- and oil rig cables. MEGOLON® S304 by Alphagary is a general-purpose, halogen-free and fire-retardant thermoplastic grade with good ozone- and ionizing radiation resistance. It is recommended for cable sheathing and bedding. MEGOLON® S304 is approved by CERN to comply with the requirements of Safety Instruction IS 23. MEGOLON® S340 by Alphagary is a general-purpose, halogen-free and fire-retardant thermoplastic grade with ozone resistance. It exhibits enhanced fire test performance, high oxygen index and ozone resistance. It is recommended for cable sheathing applications. MEGOLON® S340 complies with UK: BS EN 50290-2-27 and LUL SE569, BS EN 50363-4-1 type TM1, Germany: DIN VDE 0207, part 24, type HM2 and France: Norme Francaise NF C 32-323. MEGOLON® S538 by Alphagary is a flexible, halogen-free and fire retardant thermoplastic grade. It exhibits low smoke, excellent processing characteristics and ozone resistance. It is designed for both insulation cables and sheathing power cords for use in white goods. It is suitable for the production of leads for light and ordinary duty use with appliances and equipment in office & domestic environments. MEGOLON® S538 is recommended for the construction of cables required to meet the two pulley flexing test. MEGOLON® HF8638 by Alphagary is a low smoke, zero halogen thermoplastic grade. It is recommended for jacketing for telecommunication cables. MEGOLON® S643WV by Alphagary is a halogen-free, fire-retardant thermoplastic grade. It contains an additive that provides improved processing characteristics. MEGOLON® S643WV is recommended for cable sheathing applications such as data cables and shipboard wiring. It complies with CENELEC: EN 50290-2-27 and IEC: IEC 60092-359 SHF1. MEGOLON® HF8110LD1 by Alphagary is a flame retarded, zero halogen thermoplastic olefin elastomer (TPO / TPE-O) grade. It is recommended for jacketing compound intended for telecommunications cable (IEC 332-1). MEGOLON® S500 by Alphagary is a general-purpose, halogen free and fire-retardant thermoplastic grade, exhibiting good processing characteristics and low compression. It is recommended for cable sheathing applications. MEGOLON® S500 complies with UK: BS EN 502902-27, Germany: DIN VDE 0207, part 24, type HM2 and France: Norme Francaise NF C 32323.It can be processed on MEG type screw and on a simple PVC screw at lower speeds.
