ALM PS 200 by ALM is a non-spherical polystyrene grade. It can be used as a direct drop in replacement for Castform®, and can be successfully blended with Castform® without any change in processing parameters. ALM PS 200 by ALM suitable for the production of complex investment casting patterns. Optimized for Sinterstation platforms. ALM PS 100 is a polystyrene grade filled with 40% glass spheres. Suitable for the production of complex investment casting patterns with a higher green strength, smoother surface finish and optimized for EOS P series platforms.
