ForTii® Ace MX51 by Envalior is a heat stabilized, 30% glass-reinforced, PPA (PA4T) for automotive applications. It is a PPA with unique fatigue performance and chemical resistance. The high aromatic content and high Tg lead to excellent part stiffness and low creep, even up to 150°C. The moisture uptake occurs slowly with a very limited impact on dimensions. ForTii® Ace MX51 is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is used in structural parts with ForTii® Ace.

ULTEM™ resin 1000 by SABIC is amorphous, transparent, flame-retarded polyetherimide (PEI) grade. It is metallizable and transparent to microwave radiation & near IR. Provides high stiffness, strength, hydrolytic stability, low creep sensitivity, shrinkage, good metal adhesion, low smoke and toxicity. Offers radiation resistance (gamma, x-ray), chemical-, UV-C resistance, high electric breakdown strength (BDS) and high heat resistance. Exhibits excellent mechanicals in broad temperature range, good dimensional stability and excellent electrical properties. ULTEM™ resin 1000 is suitable for processing by additive manufacturing, injection compression molding, compression molding, foam-, film- & profile extrusion, injection molding, extrusion blow molding and extrusion compounding. Used in rigid packaging, aircraft interiors, defense, outdoor, lawn & landscape, semiconductors, fossil, electric vehicle, heavy truck, automotive interiors, electrical devices & displays, specialty vehicles, ophthalmics, rail, wind energy, sport/leisure, consumer packaging. It is also recommended for personal accessory, textile, lighting, energy storage, home appliances, servomotor, bus, electronic, electrical components, industrial, automotive under the hood, commercial appliance and recreational vehicle. Complies with RoHS, UL94 V-0, V-2 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853. The natural, uncolored, material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E and JEDEC JS709B. The base material is transparent amber colored but is also available in custom colors- transparent and opaque.
ISCC+ certified bio-based version also available for this grade.

ForTii® F11 by Envalior is a halogen- and red phosphorous-free, chemical resistant, 30% glass-reinforced PPA, polyamide 4T (PA4T) grade. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It offers an excellent balance in flow, toughness and stiffness, enabling thin walls or complicated geometries for E&E applications. ForTii® F11 is all-color VDE approved, has a high RTI electrical rating of 140°C at 0.75 mm and CTI =800V rating to secure thermal aging and electrical performance. It is used in automotive e-motor bobbins, brush holders (electro motors), coil insulation, contactors, EGR sensor, laminates (electro motors), battery-, FPC-, HDMI-, WtB and BtB-, reflow connectors, reflow connectors (2), reflow connectors (3) as well as speed-, temperature-, position sensor, MCCB housings, fuse holder, high voltage connector e-motor, industrial control gear, medium voltage circuit breaker isolators, medium voltage circuit breaker, micro appliance connector, miniature circuit breakers, molded case circuit breakers, motor starter/overload relays, start/stop: alternator and starter parts.

LEXAN™ COPOLYMER SLX2271T by SABIC is a PFAS-free, IR transparent, unfilled, weatherable, medium flow, polycarbonate (PC) copolymer resin with enhanced UV stabilization and good processability with added mold release. Suitable for processing by injection molding. It is designed for building & construction, automotive interiors & exteriors and recreational/specialty vehicles. It is recommended for electrical & electronic industrial applications such as mobile phones, computer, tablets and lighting. It is suitable for consumer applications like personal recreation. It is targeted for potential paint elimination through a wide range of high gloss opaque colors. It is also available in transparent or tints.

CYCOLOY™ FR Resin CX7211 (Americas) by SABIC is a non-chlorinated & brominated, flame-retardant polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) blend. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and is used for thin wall applications. It exhibits medium flow, hydrolytic stability, good mold release and chemical resistance. CYCOLOY™ FR Resin CX7211 (Americas) is used in electrical devices & displays, specialty vehicles, rail, sleep therapy, lighting, energy storage, home appliances, electrical components, patient testing, fluid, blood handling, mass transportation, healthcare, electronics and consumer applications. Complies with UL 94 V-0, 5VA and 5VB flame rating.

ForTii® JTX2 by Envalior is an electro-friendly, PPA (PA4T) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and shows consistent performance. It offers good chemical resistance, robust mechanical performance and has good reliability in thermal aging and mechanical shocks. It possesses low risk of blistering due to its JEDEC MLS 1 rating for specified thicknesses. It is recommended for HB reflow headers/connectors in (automotive) electronics. ForTii® JTX2 is used in automotive reflow connectors and car computer control system.

LNP™ THERMOTUF™ Compound MF0049I by SABIC is a compound based on flame retarded, impact resistant & modified, PFAS-free, unspecified polypropylene resin that is reinforced with 20% glass fiber. It exhibits high stiffness & strength. It can be processed by injection molding. LNP™ THERMOTUF™ Compound MF0049I is used in consumer applications like sports/leisures, personal accessory, electrical industry and electronic applications such as mobile phones, computers and tablets. It is suitable for automotive & aerospace applications.

SILTEM™ Resin STM1500 (Europe) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, flexible polyetherimide(PEI)-siloxane copolymer for cable and wire coatings. Offers high tensile elongation, chemical resistance- & heat resistance and good dimensional stability. It is a non-halogenated flame retardant grade. Exhibits low corrosivity & toxicity and smoke emission. SILTEM™ Resin STM1500 (Europe) can be processed by extrusion. Used in aerospace, defense, mass transportation like rail, electronics, material handling, electricals and industrial material handling. Complies with RoHS and UL 94 V-1 flame rating.

ForTii® K11 by Envalior is a 30% glass reinforced, good flow, electro-friendly, PPA (PA4T) grade. It offers goood chemical resistance and combined excellent mechanical properties with low warpage for miniature applications such as audio jack and camera holder. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. ForTii® K11 is designed for position-, speed and temperature sensors.

ForTii® F12 by Envalior is a halogen- and red phosphorous-free, electro-friendly, PPA (PA4T) grade. It is reinforced with 40% glass fiber. It offers good chemical resistance, an excellent balance of stiffness and toughness. It is suitable for high mechanical loaded applications such as power connectors or EV parts. It is processed by injection molding. It has high RTI electrical rating of 140°C at 0.75mm. It shows JEDEC Level 2 performance, enabling SMT process without deformation and low risk on blistering. ForTii® F12 is used in industrial control gear, MCCB housings, medium voltage circuit breakers and medium voltage circuit breakers embedded pole.
