Neoalloy™ 3175-01

Neoalloy™ 3175-01 by Zylog is lightweight TPO grade. It provides both rigid and flexible properties, making it an excellent replacement to flexible PVC and rigid ABS. It imparts exceptional toughness at low temperatures with a balance of impact, stiffness and tensile properties. It provides excellent insulation from noise, vibration, harshness and heat as well as ease of processing on standard thermoplastics processing equipment with high flow for long & thin parts, shorter cycle times. It exhibits high resistance to weathering, superior haptics and aesthetics - colorable and controlled gloss. It offers good UV-, chemical-, scratch-, mar- and abrasion resistance. It also shows excellent resistance to ozone, acids, bases, alcohols, water solutions and detergents. Neoalloy™ 3175-01 finds application in automotive, industrial, electrical and electronics.
