POMALUX® Unfilled by Westlake Plastics is a high-performance acetal copolymer. Is an easy to machine grade, exhibiting abrasive wear resistance in both wet & dry environments, excellent mechanical and electrical properties, low friction and moisture absorption. Possesses high dielectric strength and stiffness, good chemical resistance and dimensional stability. POMALUX® Unfilled is suitable for food processing machinery. Recommended for gears, wear pads, electrical components, jigs & fixtures, pump and valve parts, bushings & bearings. Complies with FDA and UL 94 HB Flame Rating.
