ViviOn™ 1325 by USI is a high purity, high transparency, styrenic block copolymer (TPE-S) grade. It exhibits excellent chemical resistance, low density and good processability. It provides low extractables, high UV-vis transmission, low auto-fluorescence, excellent UV durability and thermo-oxidation stability. It offers well-controlled light retardation, low moisture uptake, good thermal stability. It is sterilized using ethylene oxide (EtO), gamma and e-beam radiation. It is suitable for use in optical and medical applications. It is processed by injection molding, extrusion and solvent casting. ViviOn™ 1325 is registered under FDA drug master file.
