VECTOR® 8109 by TSRC Corporation is a linear styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene (SEBS) triblock copolymer with 29.5% styrene content. It is safe and eco-friendly, being free from plasticizers and reducing health risks associated with traditional materials. It exhibits low residue on ignition, high molecular weight, high compression set and superior weather- and heat resistance properties.
  • It can be produced using proprietary anionic polymerization technology.
  • It shows good compatibility with plastics and oils.
  • It delivers superior performance with high transparency, flexibility, and excellent mechanical properties, while offering versatile compatibility that seamlessly integrates with polyolefins in existing production processes.
  • It is an ideal PVC alternative, suitable for diverse medical applications such as infusion bag membranes, syringe plungers, medical stopper and liner and thermoplastic elastomer compounds.
  • It is certified by ISO 10993-5 cytotoxicity testing and USP Class VI biocompatibility testing.
  • It is manufactured under GMP standards, guaranteeing consistent product quality.
  • VECTOR® 8109 has a shelf life of 36 months.
