PPC 13812 is an odorless, water insoluble, nucleated, antistatic heterophasic polypropylene impact copolymer grade. It is present as translucent white pellet. Exhibits high fluidity, good stiffness & impact resistance and low shrinkage & warpage. Stable at normal handling and storage conditions. Also, it can be processed using injection molding. Suitable for thin walled packaging containers and household articles. Applications include food packaging, housewares, appliances, automotives, media & jewel boxes, technical parts, food & beverage packaging and crates & boxes. Listed on REACH (Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006). PPC 13812 complies with United States TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act) inventory, Japanese ENCS (Existing & New Chemical Substances) inventory, AICS, KECI, PICCS, IECSC, DSL and NZIoC. Fulfills harmonized requirements on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food. Incompatible with strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidizing agents and halogens.
