830 by TotalEnergies is a high-impact polystyrene (PS) grade. Possesses high melt flow and is designed for hard-to-fill injection molding applications. Applications include large parts, thin-walled parts, or molds with complex runner and gate systems. Applications include thin wall injection molding, food and beverage applications, textile spools, health and personal care, insulation, technical parts, medical applications, compounds and masterbatches, disposables, profiles, and excellent color concentrate carrier resin. The high flow aids the production of stress-free parts. It is a FDA 21 CFR § 177.1640, UL94HB, and USP Class VI compliant grade.
