Chemlon® 235G is a polyamide 6 (Nylon 6) grade reinforced with 35% glass fiber. Offers a balance between mechanical performance, surface finish and mold release characteristics. Provides high performance in terms of stiffness and heat- & chemical- resistance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automoive (under-hood, under-chassis, exterior, and interior components), buildings and construction industry (window hinge end cap, drapery and blind hardware, high impact roofing bolts, DIY wall plug fixtures, small diameter plumbing fittings, PVC Window frame fixtures, spacers and accessories and conservatory roof brackets). Complies with UL 94.
