TechnoMid PA6 S GF 50 HY by TechnoCompound is a cross-linkable polyamide 6 (PA 6) grade reinforced with 50 % glass fiber. Exhibits high mechanical strength, high stiffness, high thermal stability, low shrinkage and high toughness at low temperatures. Offers high dimensional stability, high impact resistance even at low temperature, good slip, good friction properties, excellent flow and low warpage. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Possible applications include automotive applications such as radiator grills, exterior door handles, door sills, door-mirror housings, wheel covers, steering wheels, fastening clips, gearshift-lever housings, shift links, headlamp housings, power & fuse boxes, front-end-modules, bumper stiffener, air intake modules, engine covers, valve bonnet & cylinder head covers, chain guides, toothed belt covers, ventilation and cooling systems, household applications such as chair frames, furniture casters & craft toll shafts, sanitation applications such as handles, fittings, fixtures & fans and plumbing applications such as wall dowels, fasteners, clamps for cables and pipes. TechnoMid PA6 S GF 50 HY meets UL 94 HB flame rating.
