iPOLYCOND ECP 9905 by TBA Protective Solutions is an electrically conductive, flame retardant and multi-walled carbon nanotube polyphenylene sulphide (PPS) grade, reinforced with glass fiber. Exhibits very high performance, high modulus, high strength, very high stiffness and excellent cleanliness. Offers very good chemical, temperature & oxidation resistance, very low water absorption and very low creep even at elevated temperatures. Provides excellent dimensional & chemical stability and non-sloughing moldings. Is designed for manufacturing of mechanically and thermally stressed components. iPOLYCOND ECP 9905 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for equipment housings, aerospace components and hot water & fuel systems for the automotive industry. Complies with UL 94 V0 flame rating.
