ECO-FLEX™ RTPV SA-55A

ECO-FLEX™ RTPV SA-55A by Synesis is a black colored, aesthetically pleasing, recyclable, anti-vibrational, post consumer recycled (PCR) thermoplastic vulcanizate, rubber based (RTPV) grade. Exhibits good mechanical properties, good chemical resistance, good weatherability & excellent abrasion-, U.V.-, flex fatigue-, fluid- and ozone resistance. It is fully compatible with virgin olefinic polymers such as polypropylene & santoprene and can be blended at high levels (30-50%) for impact modification and cost savings (20-50%). Can be processed by injection molding, insert molding, thermoforming and sheet extrusion. Possible applications include automotive air dams, chin spoilers, bumper extensions, radiator air deflectors, mud flaps, splash shields, grommets, bumpers, body plugs, brake pedal pads, cowl screens, gap hiders, strut cover, caps and dust covers. Also used in sheet goods such as roofing membranes, fitness & floor matting, die cut gaskets, skid pads, industrial liners for cargo, wall, tank and pond. Other applications of ECO-FLEX™ RTPV SA-55A by Synesis may include consumer goods like wheels and rolls (casters/lawn mower/dryer), grips, floor tiles, pipe couplings, toilet flapper valves, plungers, appliance bumpers, mounts and feet.
