KetaSpire® KT-857

KetaSpire® KT-857 by Syensqo is a high purity polyetheretherketone (PEEK) extrusion compound. It is designed especially for copper magnet wire insulation in electric motors.

• It provides monolayer solution which eliminates adhesion and sustainability constraints of conventional PEEK or enamel insulation processes.
• It offers excellent chemical resistance to organics, acids and bases, very good wear, fatigue and abrasion resistance.
• It provides excellent dimensional stability and excellent resistance to hydrolysis in boiling water and superheated steam.
