SumikaSuper™ SZ6505HF by Sumitomo Chemical is a mineral filled, highly anisotropic liquid crystal (or crystalline) polymer (LCP). Provides excellent flow to fill complex geometries in short cycle times, exceptional thermal and chemical resistance and unique mechanical properties. It can be processed via thin wall injection molding. SumikaSuper™ SZ6505HF is a low warpage formulation key to achieve thinner, smaller, higher density, fine-pitch electrical connectors. It can be used in small outline, dual inline memory modules (S/O DIMMs) for laptop computers and flexible printed circuits (FPCs) for smartphones and tablet computers.
